Every engagement fee at Noble & Hours reflects hours of preparation, a meticulously-vetted companion, and a small team of coordinators standing by. We believe you are entitled to see all of it, plainly.
Each price is for the engagement entire — not measured by the hour, but by the occasion. Multilingual capability, wardrobe coordination, photography discretion, transport within the city, and pre-engagement briefing are included in every tier as standard. Dining, travel, and event expenses are arranged separately and invoiced at cost.
Regardless of tier, length, or destination, every Noble & Hours booking is delivered with the following as standard. We consider each a condition of the work — not an upgrade.
Every companion arrives with detailed notes on the occasion, the hosts, and any guests we can quietly research in advance.
Dress code consultation before every engagement. Full wardrobe preparation for Tier II and above, with changes as required.
A mutual non-disclosure agreement protects every party. Names, photographs, itineraries, and conversations remain private.
A single, named point of contact handles your engagement — available by telephone, encrypted message, or email around the clock.
Arrival and departure transport between venues. For multi-venue evenings, a dedicated car is arranged on your behalf.
Every inquiry, from initial question to last-minute request, is replied to by a human within twelve hours — day or night.
At this tier, the things that matter are not upsells — they are standards. Each engagement, regardless of format, includes the following without additional charge.
English-French-Italian-Spanish at minimum across the roster, with German, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, and Portuguese available on request.
A pre-engagement consultation, occasion-appropriate styling, and where required, transitions across the duration of an engagement.
A discreet briefing on the occasion, the guests, and the cultural register expected — prepared by our client director and shared with the companion privately.
A bilateral non-disclosure agreement executed before the engagement begins. The substance and existence of every booking remain in confidence indefinitely.
Transport to and from the engagement within the host city, arranged through the House's vetted partners.
Where photography is part of the occasion, the companion is briefed on the host's preferences and remains in profile or out of frame on request.
A single point of contact from inquiry through to post-engagement follow-up, available for adjustments and queries throughout.
For wine-led dinners, tastings, or cellared menus, the companion is briefed by our partner sommelier to converse fluently on the matter.
Multi-day and international engagements are priced by the engagement entire, not by the day. Flights, accommodation, and incidentals are arranged separately and invoiced at cost.
For family offices, private equity principals, and discerning private clients who engage the House more than a handful of times each year — a retainer structure simplifies the administrative detail and reserves capacity within the roster.
House accounts are managed by a senior client director, with priority confirmation across all cities, multi-companion coordination, and quarterly invoicing in the currency of your choice.

No. All third-party costs — dining, transport beyond standard, flights, accommodation, event entry — are arranged separately and invoiced at cost with no markup.
Each engagement has a defined window (an evening, an afternoon, a full day). If the occasion runs significantly past that window, our director will quietly arrange an extension by mutual agreement, billed at a pro-rated portion of the next engagement tier — never as a per-hour surprise.
Our fees include compensation in full. Gratuities are never expected, but are always quietly appreciated and passed directly to the companion.
Full refund for cancellations more than 48 hours in advance (less a small administration fee). Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Travel engagements carry bespoke cancellation terms.
Our engagement fees are fixed by design — they reflect the standard the House has set. For families and principals who engage us regularly, our House Account structure offers preferred pricing within a formal retainer.
The rest is the preparation, the care, and the evening itself — quietly arranged on your behalf.
All published rates are quoted in United States dollars and reflect the standard of our New York atelier. Engagements outside the United States are invoiced in the currency of execution at the prevailing mid-market rate, fixed on the morning of the engagement.
Where local taxes apply — VAT in the United Kingdom and European Union, GST in Singapore, or analogous duties elsewhere — they are itemised separately on the invoice and are the responsibility of the Client. Noble & Hours LLC is a registered limited liability company in the State of New York, with VAT and tax registrations maintained in the jurisdictions of regular operation.
For principals with year-round entertaining commitments — board dinners, investor weekends, sovereign visits, family-office galas — we offer an annual retainer that allocates a fixed monthly drawdown of companion hours alongside priority concierge access in all twelve cities.
Retainers are negotiated bilaterally between the Director of Clients and the principal’s family-office or general counsel. They are documented under the same Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement that governs single engagements, with bespoke addenda for invoicing in multiple currencies and reporting to multiple jurisdictions.
